Having issues connecting the Curo AI program to the Curo AI Blocks? Try these six troubleshooting steps:
1. Scratch Link Issues: Have you tried turning off the scratch link and restarting it?
Sometimes, restarting your laptop can help.
2. Internet Connection: Is your laptop connected to the Internet?
If not, please establish an internet connection.
3. Bluetooth® Activation: Is your laptop’s Bluetooth® turned on? Please enable it.
Note: Depending on your laptop, you might only be able to connect between 1 to 6 Bluetooth® devices due to policy (performance) limitations.
4. Scratch Link Version: Do you have scratch link version 1.4.3.0?
If not, uninstall the current version, download, and install version 1.4.3.0. Then, restart your laptop.
5. Group Number Setting: If your scratch link version is correct, have you set the group number?
If a number is assigned in the Curo AI blocks, you need to match this in the Curo AI program.
The group number setting is in the top right corner of the Curo AI program.
6. Connection Drop within 1 Minute: If the block connects but disconnects within a minute, try restoring the firmware to the previous version.
Over 90% of issues are resolved using the above methods.

Additional Solutions if the Above Doesn't Work:
1. Bluetooth® Manager Reset: Remove Bluetooth® from the Device Manager and then re-enable it through Find New Hardware. Note: This might require a laptop reboot.
2. Using a Bluetooth® Dongle: As a last resort, try using a Bluetooth® dongle.

1-Year Warranty on Cubroid products:
With proof of purchase, we’ll repair or replace your robots within one year if your robot blocks simply aren’t working the way they should. Cubroid reserves the right to reject warranty items that have been intentionally abused.
If your robots are defective or misbehaving in some way, please email us at support@cubroid.com with your proof of purchase, explaining as best you can the issue you are observing. We may be able to help you fix the problem yourself, but if not, we’ll be happy to repair or replace your robots!

Please note that our One Year Warranty does not cover Cubroid products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized resellers. Warranty Requests may be denied if you are not able to provide a valid Proof of Purchase.
Returns & Exchanges:
All returns and exchanges must be authorized. Please send us an email at support@cubroid.com for further instructions.
All returns for refund or credit must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and resalable condition.
Please include a printed copy of your purchase receipt or confirmation email for the order. Returns must also include all the factory accessories which come with the purchase. This includes any chargers, batteries, instructions, etc.
Returns on damaged, scratched, burnt, or otherwise ‘played with’ merchandise will not be accepted.
Shipping Issues:
If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately snap some photos of the damage to the box and contents and contact the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons and email Cubroid as soon as possible at support@cubroid.com.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for shipping charges on merchandise being returned to us for warranty replacement or refund.
Failure to Pay International Duties and Taxes:
All duties and fees incurred after your shipment leaves our factory are the responsibility of the recipient. If your package is returned to Cubroid due to failure to pay customs duties or VAT fees, you will be refunded the total remaining after deducting original shipping cost, any custom fees paid to release the package, and return shipping costs. For any questions pertaining to Duties and Taxes, please contact us at support@cubroid.com.
International Shipping:
Cubroid offers free shipping and only supports FedEx for deliveries.
Duties and taxes for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Cubroid does not assume responsibility for any additional charges after the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these additional charges, the cost of return shipping and any extra costs will be deducted from the order price, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the recipient.

The customer is responsible for all the address and contact information provided at the time of order. If a mistake is suspected, please contact us as quickly as possible. If the package requires re-shipping or route changes, the customer bears all costs incurred. Any additional costs must be paid in full before a second attempt at delivery is made.
